Ralph Norton brings more than 12 years of experience in non-profit marketing and communication to his role as assistant director of the Stark County Hunger Task Force, including nine years as public relations director of a 312-bed Pennsylvania hospital.
In addition to his position as assistant director, he serves as pantry director of the emergency pantry, which operates five days a week at the Community Campus at Goodwill.
Ralph joined the SCHTF in 2010 building on a communications career that included public relations and media management for domestic and international heavy manufacturing corporations and an extensive newspaper and publishing background.
Ralph earned a bachelor of science degree in journalism (cum laude) from West Virginia University and more recently took Website design courses at Stark State College. He formerly taught photojournalism and photography at the Kent State University East Liverpool Campus.
