Position Summary 

This part-time position will provide essential support to the Executive Director through a variety of administrative, programming, development, and outreach functions. This position requires up to 25-30 hours a week, including occasional evening and/or weekend hours, and regular contributions to the development and achievement of organizational objectives in collaboration with the Executive Director. The individual must possess strong skills in customer service, computer and internet literacy, verbal and written communication, and project management as well as with organization, problem-solving, and databases. Knowledge of or experience with program coordination, website maintenance, and community outreach are also desirable.  High school diploma or equivalent required. Essential Functions 

*Collaborates with executive director to develop, plan, and execute projects on an accelerated timeline. 

*Serves as the front line of organization by answering questions and requests from clients, donors, community partners, volunteers, and the general public. 

*Maintains a diverse constituent database by preparing, entering, managing, organizing, analyzing and editing data. 

*Prepares invoices, reports, memos, letters, and other documents for internal and external use. 

*Assists in the planning and implementation of fundraising and outreach events.

*Maintains office and program supply inventory.

*Prepares arrangements for meetings and events.

*Manages and maintains organization website through WordPress Dashboard. 

*Maintains accurate records relating to program data, donations, food pantries, and mailing lists.

*Manages the organization’s social media platforms.

*Assists in the creation of social media and other marketing content.

Additional Responsibilities

*Provides back-up assistance in pantry; must be able to lift 30 lbs. 

*Supports new business processes.

*Acts as a representative for the SCHTF at various community activities and events.

*Performs other duties as required.
