Brace Against Hunger 5K Run/Walk

YOU can help fight hunger one step at a time by participating in the Second Annual Brace Against Hunger 5K Run/Walk!

Join SCHTF on September 14th at GlenOak High School to walk or run for a cause — raising awareness about local hunger and feeding the 27,000 hungry Stark County residents SCHTF and its member pantries serve every month.Starting at GlenOak High School at 9:00am, the race will follow the beautiful Stark Parks Middle Branch Trail. Medals will be awarded to top three overall racers, and first place medals will be given to the top male and female racers in each age group. No pets or strollers, please.

All ages are welcome, so you can even bring the kids and make it a family affair! Celebrate your achievements after the race with the awards ceremony, not to mention a family fun festival in the stadium. There will be kid-friendly activities, food vendors, and much more, so stay and share the afternoon with us.

Day-of registration is $35 per racer, but if you pre-register from September 1st through through September 13th, the cost is $30 per person. Entry includes a guaranteed unisex dri-fit T-Shirt and other goodies for all those who pre-register before September 9th.
