Join us on November 16th and wear ORANGE in support of Hunger Awareness Month!
In recognition of National Hunger and Homelessness Awareness month, every November, The Stark County Hunger Task Force observes “Hunger Awareness Month,” or HAM for short. In the spirit of Thanksgiving, Hunger Awareness Month is a time set aside to focus on gratitude, generosity, and education.
In joining us in wearing orange, you are showing your support of hunger relief in Stark County. Over 57,000 Stark County residents are hungry and need your help.
That is 1 in 6 individuals in Stark County who are food insecure.
Send us pictures of you, your friends, or your coworkers wearing orange so we can spread the word and show the world how Stark County supports hunger relief efforts! Send your pictures to alex@starkhunger.org and we will show them off on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram!
